Solvent Extraction Project for Precious Metal Recovery

We executed a solvent extraction (hydrometallurgy) project for Nicomet (Vedanta) in Goa, designed to recover valuable metals from industrial and hazardous waste. In line with BASEL Convention standards, our process safely extracts and purifies zinc, cobalt, and nickel, converting hazardous material into valuable resources.

We delivered a solvent extraction project for Conick Metals Ltd, focusing on extracting precious elements from industrial and hazardous waste. Integrated Fume Extraction & Wet Scrubbing Solutions Deployed Across 25 Steel Plants in 15+ Locations

This project involved designing and commissioning an advanced fume extraction and wet scrubbing system engineered for mini steel plant operations. High-intensity dust, particulate matter, and black process fumes generated during raw-material handling were captured through a high-efficiency extraction ducting network and routed to a multi-stage scrubber unit. The system ensured precise pollutant filtration, gas cooling, and emission neutralisation, delivering output air quality fully compliant with India’s Pollution Control Board (PCB) standards

Advanced Industrial Emission Control: Custom Fume Scrubbing Solution for Novartis Pesticide Plant

This project delivered a high-efficiency fume extraction and scrubbing system engineered to control HCl fumes and acidic vapours released during industrial operations. Acid-laden air is captured through precision-designed hoods and transferred via corrosion-resistant ducting to a centrifugal blower–induced scrubber. Inside the packed-bed scrubber, fumes undergo effective neutralisation and absorption, ensuring compliance with pollution-control standards. The system provides safe atmospheric discharge, improved workplace hygiene, and reliable industrial air-pollution control performance.

Engineering a Robust Dust Control & Fume Mitigation System for Steel Manufacturing Units

At Kinematics, we engineered a high-performance dust collection system (bag filter) to control black fumes, particulate matter, and process dust generated in a mini steel plant. We designed a robust extraction line where raw-material fumes are captured through high-velocity suction hoods and conveyed via heavy-duty ducting to a pulse-jet bag filter unit. The particulate-laden air undergoes efficient filtration, separation, and dust settling before entering a wet scrubbing and polishing stage. This multi-stage treatment ensures emissions are purified in accordance with India’s pollution control norms. Integrated Dust Collection & Scrubbing Technology Deployed Across 50+ Dye & Pigment Plants

At Kinematics, we deployed a high-efficiency dust collection system for India’s dyes and pigments manufacturing units, backed by over 30 years of field experience. Ultra-fine pigment dust is captured using high-velocity extraction hoods and conveyed through anticorrosive ducting to a pulse-jet bag filter module. The system ensures precise particulate filtration, cyclone pre-separation, and dust discharge management. Integrated wet scrubbing further neutralises chemical vapours to meet stringent air-pollution control standards. This engineered solution provides stable performance, operator safety, and reliable compliance for continuous pigment processing operations.

Reverse-Air Bag Filter Dust Collection System for Phosphatic Processing at Zuari Agro Ltd

For the Dust Collection System (Bag Filter) for Zuari Agro Ltd, we at Kinematics engineered an advanced solution to capture phosphatic fumes and fine particulate dust generated during fertilizer processing. Using large-volume 3-meter extraction ducting and high-static centrifugal induction, phosphatic dust is pulled into a reverse-air bag filtration system designed for continuous-duty operation. The system integrates modular plenum chambers, differential-pressure monitoring, and automated reverse-air cleaning to enhance dust recovery efficiency. Captured phosphatic powder is reclaimed through a sealed hopper–screw conveyor discharge, ensuring maximum material recovery, improved plant hygiene, and superior industrial air-pollution control compliance.

Electro Chlorinator Systems for DeNora

We engineered advanced electro-chlorinator systems for DeNora to enable on-site generation of sodium hypochlorite from common salt for municipal water-treatment input stations. Raw seawater is extracted through a controlled intake line, pre-filtered, and fed into an electrolysis cell stack where brine electro-activation converts chloride ions into active hypochlorite. The system integrates titanium anode assemblies, rectifier-controlled current regulation, and hydrogen off-gas management to ensure safe and efficient chemical production. Generated hypochlorite is then piped onshore for continuous disinfection, biofouling control, and large-scale water-treatment operations, delivering high reliability and low operational cost.

Reverse Osmosis Desalination System for Potable Water Supply in Saudi Arabia

We engineered a high-capacity Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination system to convert saltwater into potable drinking water for a major city in Saudi Arabia. Raw seawater is drawn through a multistage pre-filtration line, incorporating sand filters, micron cartridges, and anti-scalant dosing to protect the RO membranes. The conditioned feed enters a high-pressure pump and membrane array, where advanced thin-film composite membranes remove dissolved salts, minerals, and impurities. Permeate water is then remineralized and disinfected to meet international drinking-water standards, delivering reliable, energy-efficient and sustainable desalinated water production for urban consumption

Engineering a High-Purity Bulk Drug Production System for Famotidine Manufacturing

We engineered a high-efficiency bulk drug processing system to support large-scale Famotidine API production for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in India. The process integrates precise reaction kinetics control, solvent handling, and pH-regulated crystallisation to ensure consistent molecular purity. Using GMP-compliant reactors, filtration units, and closed-loop drying systems, the setup enhances yield while maintaining stringent quality standards. Automated process control instrumentation, thermal regulation, and contamination-free material transfer ensure compliance with Indian and global pharmaceutical manufacturing norms. This engineered solution delivers reliable API output, improved batch consistency, and optimised production efficiency.

Precision-Engineered Faucet Tubes for New Zealand & Australian Water Systems – A First-in-U.S. Supply by Kinematics

New Zealand and Australia follow a unique standards-driven faucet manufacturing system, requiring specialized tube geometry, alloy composition, and pressure-rated construction. Kinematics became the first U.S.-based company invited by USCS to engineer and supply these high-spec faucet and plumbing tubes. Our process involved precision cold-forming, CNC-controlled tube drawing, metallurgical conditioning, and leak-proof hydrostatic testing to meet regional compliance norms. The custom-engineered tubes deliver superior corrosion resistance, dimensional accuracy, and hydraulic performance for both domestic and industrial faucet applications. This achievement strengthens our global footprint in advanced plumbing components and fluid-handling engineering solutions.

Engineered Rubber Underground Cable Connection for High-Tension Electrical Lines in Egypt

We engineered advanced high-voltage rubber compounds for underground and overground cable terminations supporting high-tension transmission lines up to 232 kV. Our elastomer formulation delivered superior dielectric strength, thermal stability, and mechanical resilience required for Egypt’s harsh environmental conditions. We optimized the kinematics of stress distribution across joints, reducing partial discharge and enhancing long-term cable reliability. The engineered rubber interfaces ensured robust strain relief, moisture resistance, and fault-tolerant performance. Through precise material engineering and application testing, we enabled a safer, more durable power transmission network for the region.

Incandescent Lamp Factory for Iraq

We successfully supplied the complete raw-material package for an Incandescent Lamp Manufacturing Facility in Iraq under the Oil for Food Program, USA. Leveraging our engineering expertise, we ensured precise material characterization, filament-grade tungsten sourcing, glass envelope inputs, and assembly-line compliant components. Our team coordinated end-to-end production kinematics, including supply chain optimisation and technical validation. This project enabled seamless plant commissioning and enhanced manufacturing continuity for high-efficiency incandescent lamps. Through this deployment, we delivered measurable operational reliability and long-term value to the client.
