Engine Support Stand A & B
Aircraft engine support stands are designed for secure transport, installation, and storage of engines during aircraft engine maintenance. Built to OEM specs, they feature vibration isolation mounts, caster wheels, and bootstrap lifting capability, ensuring safe positioning in transit and workshop use. They are also engineered for stackability and certified for both ground and air transport requirements.
CFM Engine Stand
The CFM Engine Stand is engineered to OEM specifications for safe handling, transport, and storage of CFM aircraft engines. Equipped with vibration isolation mounts and bootstrap lifting capability, it ensures reliable positioning and compliance with ground and air transport standards.
Aerobridge (Passenger Boarding Bridge)
Aircraft passenger boarding bridges are telescopic, weather-sealed tunnels connecting terminals to aircraft. With hydraulic or electromechanical lifts, rotunda pivoting, and load-bearing floors, they allow height and length adjustment for wide and narrow-body aircraft. This method ensures safe and efficient passenger movement. Their advanced control systems and interlocks improve safety and operational efficiency at busy airports.
Airport Catering Trucks
Aircraft catering trucks or airport catering carts use insulated van bodies and hydraulic scissor lifts to align with aircraft galleys at heights up to 5.9 m. With load capacities of 1–5 tonnes, safety interlocks, and anti-collision features, they enable hygienic, reliable catering for all aircraft sizes. Many models are also fitted with refrigeration units to preserve food quality during extended operations.
Tunnel Segments
The tunnel canopy segments of boarding bridges are telescopic enclosures built from steel or glass panels with proper insulation and weatherproof seals. These sections extend and retract smoothly to align with different aircraft positions at the gate. Built to handle live loads, wind forces, and frequent use, they provide both durability and passenger comfort.
Staircases & Baggage Systems
Passenger staircases are height-adjustable platforms fitted with non-slip steps, handrails, and lighting to guarantee safe boarding and disembarkation when aerobridges are not available. They are designed to withstand continuous use in varying weather conditions while ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards. Baggage systems include conveyors, sorters, and inclined belts that manage heavy loads efficiently.
Rotunda
The rotunda forms the pivotal connection between a passenger boarding bridge and the terminal building. It allows up to 175° horizontal swing, enabling bridges to dock with aircraft at various angles. Equipped with heavy-duty bearings, anchored columns, and slope adjustment capability, it ensures stability under live and seismic loads. Housing electrical panels, interlocks, and limit switches, the rotunda guarantees safe, reliable, and controlled bridge operation.
