Kinematic today announced the signing of a Joint Venture agreement with Nitoy Niloy Group, Bangladesh, to establish a grassroots manufacturing plant for high-voltage electrical insulators, specifically aimed at serving markets across the ASEAN region.

Under the joint venture, Kinematic brings its global manufacturing and automation expertise, combined with Nitoy Niloy Group’s regional market knowledge and infrastructure, to build a state-of-the-art plant dedicated to producing high-voltage insulators. This initiative marks a strategic step to address rising demand for reliable electrical insulation solutions across Southeast Asia, ensuring high quality, cost-effective production, and timely delivery.

The new plant will not only cater to domestic demand but also serve as a regional export hub — reinforcing Kinematic’s commitment to expanding its footprint in high-technology manufacturing beyond its core lines.

With this venture, both partners aim to strengthen power infrastructure in the ASEAN region, support regional industrial growth, and deliver durable, high-performance insulator products that meet global standards.
