Kairos Legal is the Kinematics Group’s dedicated legal arm, specialising in Corporate Law, International Affairs, and Regulatory Compliance. The firm provides essential legal support for the Group’s global operations, guiding strategic initiatives, managing international contracts.
Kinematics Aerotech is the dedicated aerospace precision engineering division of The Kinematics Group, specialising in Aerospace Ground Tooling Equipment (GTE) for the safe and efficient MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) of commercial and defence aircraft. Focused on minimising downtime and ensuring rigorous OEM compliance, Kinematics Aerotech leverages the Group’s global infrastructure to provide reliable, end-to-end tooling solutions for the world’s most demanding aerospace partners.
Kinematics is Established. Our journey began from a modest 400 sq. ft. warehouse in Bombay, India, founded on a commitment to engineering excellence and relentless dedication.
Kinematics inaugurated its first dedicated manufacturing facility in Goa, India, marking our transition from a trading house to a manufacturing force.
Pioneering International Manufacturing in Abu Dhabi. We launched our first international plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE, specialising in the manufacturing of high-demand FRP Pipes. This move cemented our cross border operational capability.
Strategic Diversification with Indian Government Projects. Kinematics opened a specialised plant in Hyderabad, India, focused on Power Transmission solutions for major government contracts, expanding our strategic industrial footprint.
Global Gateway: Initial US Expansion. Kinematics established its first operational base in Chino, USA, starting with a focused team of 25 employees to spearhead North American market penetration and global logistics.
Following significant success, the Chino, US, operation was officially designated as Kinematics Inc., the Group’s international Headquarters,
Aggressive Market Entry into Southeast Asia. Leveraging our transparent collaboration model, we expanded operations into the fast-growing South Asian markets by successfully developing Joint Ventures in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
