Abu Memon is the backbone of Kinematics Group as he is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. The Kinematics Group has grown into a leading global enterprise specialising in aerospace ground tooling equipment and the global supply of commercial machinery, with additional interests in commodity trading. By successfully leveraging a vast international supplier base, Kinematics now supplies engineering products and machinery to customers in over 70 countries.
Abu’s more than 37 years of sector experience in aerospace, composite, metals, high voltage electrical, commodity trading, and the supply chain thereof began with his career as an engineer. Early on, he identified systemic supply chain challenges and realised the potential of new technologies. This revelation inspired the founding of Kinematics—a company built on the vision of adapting and innovating machinery to lead the market.
His continued commitment to growth led to the strategic launch of two new subsidiaries: Kinematics Aerotech and Kairos Praxis, a law firm providing services to emerging industries and sectors.
Based in Los Angeles, United States, Abu is a highly credentialed leader, holding degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Law and Supply Chain Management.
Suchitra is the driving force behind Kinematics’ global execution, holding responsibility for corporate strategy implementation and the efficiency of worldwide operations. She is tasked with accelerating the company’s trajectory through strategic initiatives focused on growth and productivity. Her core mandate includes global sourcing, forging critical Joint Ventures and global partnerships, quality management systems (QMS), and ensuring seamless functional support across all global divisions.
With over three decades of multi-disciplinary experience, Suchitra brings an acute understanding of corporate strategy, vendor procurement, client relationship management, and employee engagement. This expertise has been instrumental in Kinematics’ dramatic expansion into 13+ new countries and the establishment of strategic partnerships across 17+ nations, directly contributing to the growth of our global workforce to 2,100 employees.
Before Kinematics, Suchitra held impactful leadership roles in International Affairs Journalism, honing the analytical and strategic skills she now applies to the aerospace sector. She maintains a keen professional interest in aviation, psychology, and international affairs.
